The rental rate includes all taxes, water, heating, electricity as well as linen/towels and the final cleaning.
The pool is heated if necessary from April through October (except when outside temperature is too low).
In July and August rental is only possible per minimum 2 weeks with weekly change of linen and 4 hours of weekly cleaning included in the rent.
Rental starts on Saturdays between 4.00 pm and 6.30 pm
Rental ends on Saturdays between 9.00 am and 11.00 am.
* At Christmas / New Year a deviation from these rules is possible (with a minimum rental of 1 week).
A first advance payment of 30% confirms your booking.
A second advance payment of 30% is due 90 days before the start of the rental.
The balance is due 30 days before the start of the rental.
The safety deposit of 1'000 Euros t is due at the handover of the keys.
